I received grant notification this morning. Nearly one year. Case officer allocate on last Friday and approved nomination. This Monday morning visa approved. Hope u guys will get soon. Good luck. I can back to AuZi next week

Hi 187visa. You and me are under the IT. Regarding, about my case, i want to share u some information what i was doing before lodge visa. Ive done diploma in webdevelopment which is under the system analyst category that still available in occupation list and also i had work experience in my country before i come to aus. So, i applied skillaccessment at australian computer society which is for migration purpose, was support to get approved like work recommendation and also what i did job task in that job, after one months i got apprivement for system analyst. After that i applied RCB to apply 119 visa nomination. One month later got rcb approved, i applied last june now waiting nomination and decision. Immi asked my employer to prove that business is currently running in aus such as bas and others. Hopefully, i will get good new soon

Police clearance and everything ready to make decision... just a bit less stress...

Finally I got these information from last week 25 April, my agent send me couple of days ago, hopefully not too far to allocate CO..

· Recent Business Activity Statements (BAS) for each complete quarter from 1 July 2012 until now.

· Financial status letter from an Independent CPA regarding the company.

Where the business is operated under a trust structure, the above documentation must relate to the trust (ie. to the trustee in their capacity as a trustee to the trust).

I was in australia when I applied 119 via and I have been sent a pre grant visa letter from DIAC . Now I have to leave australia for few days so they can grant me visa. <br>S/C 119 applied on 29th June 2012 .<br>nomination approved 11march 2013 <br>few docs requested by case officer <br>visa per grant letter sent by immi 15 march 2013 to leave australia<br>leaving Australia on 6th APril and back on 15 th APril<br>thanks

hi guys iam new to this amaging forum...i just have a question hope you guys can help me......i got my case officer 18/02/2013....case officer asked for medical on the same day within 28 days...i did my medicals today 14/03/2013... but as iam in regional NSW i did my medical in local GP....the medicals then goes to the medibank and then the medibank will send it to be.... my worry is that since the case officer ask the medicals within 28 days iam afraid it will be very late ...as i did my medicals today...so iam sending my medical receipt today..while waiting for actual medical receipt...will i be fine...plz advice thnx....

Hi I am new here.my migration agent said my file has been allocated to co and asked proof and he said to me he just rang them not email.He asked me 4 weeks payslip,police clearance,Orginal passport by himself though co hasn't asked him.I got so confused with my agent.Can anyone plz make me clear?cheersss

HI Guys , i have a question , i have current case with immigration fro RSMS 857 and i am waiting for but i need to travel outside Australia , already i have 2 years left of my 457 work visa , what can i do ? i think i need to send email to immigration , can you tell me to which email and what can i say , Thanks so much

I think, you need to inform immigration because if your case is lodge, any additional documents they will request at that time you have to provide 28 days otherwise they will consider current document you provide. So, better tell them and you do not need any visa apply you can go freely. Your 457 visa still affecting currently..

Hi, I did couple weeks ago, took long 8 or 9 days include weekend.

i think medical should valid at the lodgement of file, its expire after 8month of lodgement , but in acknowledgement letter they said that they will reply in 5 to 7 month, within that time frame i think that medical should valid.

What is your time line and occupation details thanks...

hi guys, need help again. my co has asked the medicals for my daughter who is not included in the rsms119 with me. my daughter lives with my ex-wife and they were in Australia before and not sure where they are now. Has anyone has got similar senerio or some experience which can help me??? quite dsperate to know this as after a long wait my file has got CO. Please Help!!!!

When did u applied? and which center? I have not idea, you should tell case officer your situation..

Finally have to wait and go out side from AUS... Current Visa expired on April 4. Too much... depression.. can't figure out how they manage case..End of March exactly 9 months..

Hi fqyyy, what kind of payslip CO asking which is like your payslip or Whole year company employee's paysilp..?

My ma phoned to ask if I had a co as we had new police checks that needed adding to our file. He was told no, but they would find out who he should send them too. Half an hour later he got an email saying that person had just been assigned my file. An hour after that the grant email came through. So definatly that day.

So How do u reckon? have more chance to jump from que.. They might be looking more quicker.

Yes mate you are right I did the same thing my AFP has alreday expired but CO did not ask for (I already had a month before) Could not do much about the health about my child because we have done in overseas and Global Health actually did not put in the system so CO asked for that is why this wait is for me but I have alreday advised to the CO as I have contacted GH they said to advise to co so I have done my part let us see !!!!!!

You going to get approval no more than a week....

Yes, rang my CO only to find out they had too many cases, so I have gone back into the pipeline to wait to be re-allocated to a different CO. They said allocations happen every Friday so maybe next week or the week after I will get a new CO.

 

I thought I was close to the end after getting a CO last month.. turns out that is not the case! Just need to keep positive....

You should make prepare ready document like AFP clearance or any document when they ask you. Because, I prepared everything possible document, I applied AFP again last week, my old one was already expired. That should help for them and any other people waiting in quee..

I am working as System Engineer in WA based company. There were no additional documents required. Not even got notified about CO assignment.

HI Sunny, U and me are mostly quite close.. I also applied System Analyst. Lodge (119) 28th June 2012. Nothing reply yet.... Hopeless.....!_!

I means that one ....Employer Nomination Approved 02/10/2012 , Visa Sub-class-RSMS(119) Applied on 26/04/2012 Melbourne PSE , NOn-DRC CO allocated 25/02/2013 asking addional doc and waiting................... I have done create nothing comes up... Thanks for help...

Hi Guys I have my CO few minutes ago asking for additional info in regards of my son's medical.We actually did his medical last years June he is in Overseas he was overseas at the time of doing medical the info should be with Global Health Sydney. How can I contact them and say well we had organised his medical such a date and so but when I was trying to ring the number(GH) the number is not use anymore is there any way I can contact them or do we have do his medical again anyone help me please.Regards, RBP
