  1. Just interested to see how many have managed this......my husband is in insurance with 25+ years experience and this is listed in Part II of the consolidated list...
  2. That would be possible as OH's old manager happens to work at the same place as him now!! OH has always worked in the same industry and it was that manager that gave him the start and helped him to get his current job when he was made redundant 8 years ago! Will also get in touch with the IR and well as like you say Ozinoz, they should have the details, failing that I shall have to speak nicely to my Uncle who is a NP...
  3. Hi, My husband is able to prove his last 8 years of employment with no problem as this is with his current employer.. However, his previous work experience was with two different companies, both of which no longer exist.... He is, however, still in touch with the manager who took him on in his first employment, where he worked for 15 years... As it is not possible for a reference to be given from either of these employers on the relevant company's letterhead and we no longer have payslips.... what does he do?? Many thanks all.. K
  4. My husband would need to be the main applicant and is 41 this June, has 20+ yrs experience as an insurance broker/agent (but no formal qualifications), with a maximum IELTS, and state sponsorship he would have 55 points... so really we're looking down the employer sponsorship route me thinks..!
  5. Just a quicky to say 'Hi'.... my husband and I are hoping to make the leap at some point... but currently are in the 'research/dreaming' stage! We have two children and two cats, all of which will be making the change with us... I have a question for those that have made it down under already..... how have your eating habits changed since emigrating? if they have, why do you think so? and, what do you eat now? Knonie
