Hi,
My husband is able to prove his last 8 years of employment with no problem as this is with his current employer.. However, his previous work experience was with two different companies, both of which no longer exist.... He is, however, still in touch with the manager who took him on in his first employment, where he worked for 15 years... As it is not possible for a reference to be given from either of these employers on the relevant company's letterhead and we no longer have payslips.... what does he do??
