  1. Thanks for the suggestion - but for the ACS, you can no longer provide a self written statutory declaration .. it has to come from someone you have worked with .. I wish we could though!
  2. Hi Folks, We're in the process of gathering detailed employment references in order to apply to the ACS. For one role, which was 18 months duration, there is no-one at the company in question that I am in contact with now, and I have no-one else I can use to do a statutory declaration. So I'm a bit stuck .. I'm planning on contacting the HR dept to get a basic reference stating I worked there, and I can also approach the agency I contracted through, but again I imagine that they could only provide a basic level of detail. Would this role simply be rejected by the ACS, or is there anything else I could do to provide sufficient evidence of my work? Many thanks!
