my agent said that he got acknowledgment from the courier company on 18th nov....and the nsw had a query on my appl on the 19th nov......so i guess 19th nov they acknowledged my application.......

hi nsw190....my application is received and acknowledged by NSW office on the 19th nov 2012....i called them today and they said that i should be getting the reply by this week or maximum next week.....fingers crossed.....has anybody got the reply yet?????

I have applied under Finanial Investment Advisor to NSW under 190 visa in November 2012. I am yet to get any communication from them....Just spoke to them last week, and the new timelines is 16 weeks.....

any update guys? anybody got any reply from NSW???/

Hi gtaark.... well as for my status....thy r still processing all november applications....so hopefully by this week or next week i should have the outcome......and yeah the new processing time is 10 weeks.....they r flooded with applications plus christmas time and all added to thir work load..... so u applying from india????

Take aprint of all the 4 forms and attach all the relevant work papers and other copies and attach a DD of AUD 300. Send the papers to NSW office address. It takes about 10-11 weeks for processing and once you nominated by NSW, you will get an invitation by DIAC for visa 190. I submitted all the forms and documents in November 2012 and m waiting for the outcome. Hopefully i should get the approval by next week.

nsw190, EOI submitted by u on 17th nov, but when did u submite the forms & money bankers cheque to NSW.
