Hello guys,

 

i have applied for family sponsored visitor visa for my wife recently. They refused it on the grounds that as sponsor I am not eligible since it's not been 2 years as a PR. I am looking at applying for visitor visa. Any suggestions?

 

also, being refused for a visa, will it have any impact on visitor visa we will lodge or even 309/100 lodged in April this year?

 

any suggestions very much appreciated.

Im a skilled accountant when I applied as PR and i just moved in. Its tough to get a permanent job immediately. So is it alright to have like 6mos contract work then sponspor my fiance? Any helpful links related to this? Heaps of thanks!

Im a PR here in sydney and looking for a job. I am about to wed my fiance soon. Does immigration require permanent/full time work to become a sponsor? Will contractual work suffice? Thank you.
