Hello I just wanted to find out is there any way you can lose your permanent residence once your visa has been granted but before you have had a chance to activate it by visiting Australia? Say for example if you were unfortunate enough to have had a heart attack after the visa grant but before you had a chance to travel to Australia to activate it, could something like that have any impact?
