If its football you miss then as Paul1Perth says - get foxtel when you have a job, in fact I'm in agreement with him and cannot see what your problem is - why would you bother coming here spending all that money then giving up after such a short time for such weak reasons. Harden the **** up mate. Personally I think you're trolling but if you're serious and the daylight hours arn't to your liking move south - Tasmania has long summers and short winter days just like the old dart. In fact, its a lot like Bulgaria down there but with even more gypsies!

Mate not sure if this helps but I had to return to the uk with my Australian girlfriend then continue living with her in the uk until i reached the required cohabitation level (at the time it was 6 mths). Even then in the Uk the Australia Consular were very unhelpful. We ended up taking out a prospective marrage visa from the uk and had to book a marrage celebrant in Australia and get them to fax over confirmation to the consular. The visa gave me (from memory..) 9 months to marry my australian girlfriend here and the only condition was that i was not to enter Oz before her. Once in Oz, and after completing the cohabitation period we changed the visa class back to defacto and cancelled the marrage celebrant. Then was granted the visa and had only to keep the next 2 years 2months worth of co habitation evidence. Hope it helps.
