  1. Thank for replying, its a hard situation i met him when i was on a working holiday,he was married but separated,we were just close friends,i was a 28 UK citizen who was travelling alone and scared,he was my rock, when i came back to UK in June we both missed each other so much and realized we were in love,he is divorcing his wife for a future with me,he is 46 in May and an Australian citizen,i would move overseas to be with him as he has kids and would never expect him to move here,i have looked at partner visa's and its such a long process,so was hoping to start our life together on a tourist visa until divorce comes through and we can marry asap,i understand tourist visa is for tourists and really we miss each other and wanna spend abit of time together seeing sights,he can support me but we do have dreams of a family and settling together and would love that option to start proceedings on tourist visa, love is so complicated but i will fight for him, comments are helpful but i am new to all this and am so down.
