Hi, Please could anyone advise if it is essential that you include a reference from your current employer when having your skilled employment assessed? I'm looking to apply for a 189 visa and would require my skilled employment to be assessed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. For obvious reasons I'm just a bit reluctant to notify my current employer that I am considering leaving... Any help would be much appreciated!
