Hello, My father and mother are the only two applicants for CPV. I assume father is the main applicant and mother will be Partner. Of course she will be dependent while in Australia. Do I still need to fill Form 47A. Please can anybody tell me where I can find Main Visa applicant's File Number in Question3 - Part A. I can't find my mother's educational details and she has not worked outside. What shall I do please help me. Do I still need to complete this form and send it along 47PA. Please help me. Hi, I am filling the Form 47PA for CPV. I have some doubts while filling this Form. Question 3 Part B - Withdrawal of parent Visa application. Since I have not applied to any Visa. Do I still need to answer this question? These are the following indent questions in doubt. Blank space is left to answer by me and the answers are in bold letter. Please correct if I am wrong. On this application form, I am making an application for a class ______ parent visa. (143) I have previously made an application for the following parent visa classes_______ _______(not applied previously, shall I will leave this blank) Signature of the main applicant. _________ (Do I still need to sign here even if I am applying first time) Question 11 Part D - While filling the Visa Number. Visa number:My visa number is V589<0180772T1 but I can only write upto V589<0180772T Shall I write the last number outside the box or just leave it. I appreciate your help. thanks Jyo:wub:

Hello, I am interested in bringing my parents on a tourist visa 676 ( which has got new rules from November 2012). People now can apply for 3 years. My parents are bit old father 75, mother 67. What type of reason I can give it to the government?. For parents the only reason they want to be here is, their loneliness and want them to be with their grandchildren. My question is that " Is this reason is enough for them to consider" or " will I get only 1 year Visa. Has anyone applied for this kind of Visa? Please answer thanks Jyo:huh:

Today I was going through booklet 3. It mentions that if we don't provide any details of a child then, PVC consider that child is leaving in the same country where parents are. So I think I am ok in my case.

Hi I want to bring my aged parents on CPV, who are living in India currently. My parents are having only two children. My brother lives in America and he is not willing to give any details of his status or relationship. Will this affect the Balance of family test. How can I prove that he is in America. Should I approach a solicitor in US to get the details from him. How do the PVC will react to this. I am worried. I am in the middle of preparing the application. Please help me. thanks JYO:dull:
