nomination approved and visa granted 11 March 2015

so relieved!

employer was asked to submit docss a couple of weeks ago and I was asked for a doc earlier today.

Just a quick update. Our nomination was submitted on 26 August. Heard today that they've requested more docs. It's with team 6 in nsw. Think parramatta. Hoping once docs are submitted we'll have an answer shortly. Hoping my husbands employer does this quickly bit not holding out much hope-they've not been great so far. Great to get some news tho.

We are direct stream no MA.

Thought I'd add our details to the mix. My husband is being sponsored via the ENS 186 direct entry. He already has a 457 but we didn't want to wait 2 years to apply for PR via the transition scheme.

nomination submitted 26.8.14 - waiting for approval

application submitted 8.11.14 including all docs, form 80's, medicals and Aus & UK police checks so hopefully they don't need anything else.

We don't have an MA. Hoping to have an answer on the nomination soon .....
