  1. Hi all, We are back over from the 13/2/15 so the better half can sit her chiro exams. We are based in sydney so can get pretty much anywhere.:fish2::fish2: I was hoping someone could recommend a company or something that i could get some fishing in whilst she is doing these?? dont mind what type of fishing it is, just want to get out a bit. Thanx in advance Nate
  2. Hello, I was hoping to speak to a working plumber whilst i was out in feb but it doesn't seem anyone is willing to give us a few minutes of there time. Thanks anyway guys and good luck with all your adventures :daydreaming:
  3. Hi all, We are back out in the middle of feb so the better half can sit her oz chiropractic board exams. I am fully qualified and time served plumber/gas/heating engineer and was hoping to get out for a few days and give someone a (free) hand to see whats different. If anyone would be good enough to give me their time it would be most appreciated. Thanks in advance guys.
  4. Hi, yeah we have spoken to matilda in southampton,uk. They pretty much said that this is the only way really, its a bit of a pain to have to do it now. We knew lisa would have to do it to practice an register in oz, but doing it for our eoi seems a little extreme! At least i suppose we can hit the ground running when we (fingers crossed) finally get out there.
  5. Hi all hope everyone is good. We have hit the wall!! My better half is is a newly qualified chiropractor (which is 5years) but to continue with our eoi she has to sit the ozzy version of the exams she has already passed at home!! This seems a little bit extreme as the governing body is the same worldwide. So we are back to sydney in feb so she can sit the exams (another £3000). I am starting to feel like its getting further and further away. Does anybody have any experience of this process?? Is there any meets happening in the middle to end of feb 2015?? If so we would be really excited to meet up with some other pond hoppers  Have a great day people
  6. Evening all, Thank you all very much for the advice. We are going to try the visa process ourselves as we have heard lots of horror stories about agents!! Looks like we might be better off reverting to myself being the main applicant though. We are ready to go and another year minimum whilst my other half gains experience may push us over the edge!! hehe
  7. Evening Ryan, thanx for your help. Is the stage 2 assessment for applying for our visa or is it to register/work in oz?? cheers
  8. Hi guys, we are in the process of gathering the info required for our eoi. My better half will be a qualified chiropractor in july, we cant seem to find any info on how she would get these skills assessed? has anyone else been down this road?? im a plumber/gas engineer and was going to be the main applicant but we would be at the 80 points mark if she was the main app and this makes much more sense. We know that she will have sit the ozzy board exams to work out there but not sure about how we get her skills assessed? Thanx for your time Naif x:biggrin:
