My visa type is 442 occupational trainee visa. I don't know when my meds were finalized, because I couldn't check the progress online. but I think they finalized it yesterday. I had some missing medicals issue the last five days, and yesterday they fixed the issue.

ALLLL RIIIGHHHHTTT!!!This morning around 07.30 A.M. in Indonesia, I woke up because my phone was vibrating.. And then I checked it up, Aaannddd there was a golden email of visa approval guys! My agent asked for priority request once again yesterday (she & my CO had asked for it before), and they said they would ask the MOC to prioritize it. Then today I got the grant. Ohhh christ I can't believe this, feels like a dream I want to thank all of the moderators of the forum, all of the guys here, especially indyanaexpress & pumpkinhead the creator of the golden spreadsheet, thanks also to bishnu, mannu, and all of you here, although we never meet directly in person, always there to support and help me. I have a question, In my grant letter it is stated that I didn't have to print any visa label on my passport. The DIAC will keep an electronic record of your visa and will access it when I travel in and out of the country (Australia). But it is also stated that I might have a problem whenever I'm going to Australia via a third country/transit country. My plan is I'm going to Malaysia first and then from there I go to Australia Is there any suggestion on this, based on your experience guys? Hope your visa will be granted soon guys! Sylvia, GH is currently processing cases referred in early September. someone posted it before that they're currently on 5 Sep, but my agent called them this morning and they said they're still processing 30 Aug. so the MOC works in GH am I correct? I hope the MOC will follow the instruction given by GH then

Hi danievh, thanks by the way, After the first email, my agent told me that she managed to contact Global Health this morning. And GH confirmed that my medical exam result had been uploaded on 12 sept. My agent said it seemed that they had found my medical exam result. The lady on GH also said that she would forward it to the MOC, as a matter of priority as requested by my CO. My CO has also confirmed that GH has requested MOC to urgently assess it. it seemed that GH never really forwarded my CO priority request before this day, and they never told my CO that they would forward the priority request to the MOC before... I don't know how to react... After all this waiting and unpredictable things, I tend to believe that everything in this visa process isn't as easy as I think... so although the lady in GH said she would ask MOC to prioritize my case, I don't feel relieved at all... Beside that my agent said "it seemed that they had found your medical result"... She used "it seemed", kinda uncertain isnt it? arrggghh frustrating... Umm, I got confused about the relation between GH & MOC. Do MOC work in an institution named Global Health? Or are they independent and just cooperating with GH? and should I make sure again that my medical result has been found? thanks

Friends, I got some news from my agent this morning. She said it was GH who informed that my medical exam had been missing. And from her email, my conclusion is: my x-ray result is not missing, but it's only my medical exam result which is missing.. GH seems to have started processing my 12 Sep case, but only found an x-ray result there... So it starts to explain the whole strange thing.. I hope they found my medical exam result, and I really hope they'll continue processing my case.

Conratulation for both fo you!! ustooz as we're referred on the same date, I hope by your finalization and grant, it means GH has finally touched the september cases.. I hope my missing case issue is not a serious one, and soon I got my visa grant just like you Accyace, next week will be your golden week with the golden email! :cute:

Mannu I contacted the panel clinic today. They said it's impossible to reupload it through the e-health online system. is it possible if they send it by email as in your case? and does it effect your referral date mannu? did you get thrown off to the bottom of the waiting line? thank you so much mannu

Thanks mannu, I've also contacted the clinic a long time ago (around september) just to make sure my result had been submitted... and they said it had been submitted on 12 Sep.. My CO also said that my medicals has been received and further referred on 12 Sep.. Shouldn't my CO be the one who clarifies the matters to the GH? I'm afraid if I ask my panel clinic to re-upload it today, I will be referred on Nov 16.. that's pretty unfair, as my original date is Sep 12... My CO said we better wait for a confirmation from GH about my missing case Arrgghh what should I do??

Hi guys, My agent have just called me, she said Global Health couldn't find my medicals... Mine was e-health case, how could it just disappear...? It's so strange My CO said his already referred it in 12 Sept... But GH & MOC couldn't find it now... She said if they still unable to find it I have to redo my medical exam.. What a pain, the price is too costly here in my country.. Did anyone ever experience this? Is it possible that my delay is caused by they couldn't locate my medicals? And if they finally find it, could it mean they will process my medical rightaway? Thanks

I just realize it.. Not all cases are referred... we need someone with an experience in applying visa on the second semester of a year, to explain according to his experience In some cases those with clear & clean health exam result may end up in MOC. Mine is one example. My agent also said that in her experience, applicants who conducted health exam in Indonesia & Papua New Guinea are getting referred to the MOC (both of them are high risk country). But it's not always like that. My friends in Indonesia who studied in Australia never experienced something as "medicals referred" although they live their entire life in Indonesia, and did the health exam also in Indonesia..

That's the strange thing pluto, but from my observation, those guys got granted on september or october. The guys who got granted on november usually waited for 50 days or more. i once asked my agent about this, even a registered migration agent couldn't give any suggestions on this. Actually, I expect a suggestion from his experience as a migration agent, I didn't ask him to find out the reason behind this backlog..

Oh my God.. If it's true, I truly regret my decision in applying this visa... I never thought visa processing time could take forever like this... Ummm four2oz, is it still possible for the MOC to finish the 1741 August cases this month and and continue on the september cases also in this motnh?

I read in the expatforum, someone called GH and their answer was GH still have to process 5000 more August cases... well it's sooo baaad if it's true... sigh... i don't know whether there are 5000 more cases yet to be processed, or the total amount of August cases is 5000... or maybe GH was only giving answer to get him off the phone... need clarification here..

Do they say yours are referred to the MOC? Maybe you can call GH and ask whether your meds are referred or not..
