very important information for everyone as i call my case officer and he gave me some information which i would like to share: file lodge nomi and visa both on 28th june, 2012 aknow. rec.: 3rd july,2012. case officer allocated:5th march 2013. nomination grant 19th march 2013. then i called my case officer even-though i have my MA

as per my co ,, i don't need overseas police clearance reason since i have done my last one i haven't revisit my country..

medical: i said my medical is going to be expired by 2nd of april 13. \

he said in that case i can do 2 month extensionso you dont have to do it again ,,

next question how long i have to stay out when i go offshore to get my visa granted,, ( 119 )

answer : it get granted as soon as you leave but sometime due to technical reason its delay the upgrade, so we suggest every one book you return after at-least 5 working days.

hello guys, i have sent an email to nsw.pse..... that " it's been over 8 months and i haven't got co,, as per your last email you have mention that it takes 5 to 7 months " and guess i got reply after 4 days on 5th of march that you have allocated the CASE officer,,,, feeling great but still worried ....

CO ask for new agreement to my MA ,,,,, bcoz last one was out of timeframe...

one of the reason ,,, can say that the business urgently need for cook as business is growing or give some medical reason to MRT that current cook or chef is not able to work fulltime,,, just think bro you would come up with something better then this....... best luk

if your employer request to MRT by giving genuine reason mrt may give priority to the case just cheak mrt site

hi, i have applied nomi+application both in 28/6/2012, aknow lett 3/7/2012 since then nothing still waiting

center parramatta, as cook, DRC does anybody can tell me still how long i have to wait any rough idea...... i am on bridging ( mrt ) just got 2month left max.. wish i can hear something from immi in between.

Actually my friend lodged visa (RSMS 857,drc) 29th june. He had a grant last week from paramatta.

Hi everybody, I lodged my application end of May not drc and low risk. I was told by my employer that he received by the CO the approval for my professional position and that they are currently processing the permanent residence part. Does anyone know how long it will take to get also this part processed?

one of my friend got after 3 weeks, he was non-drc he applied in march and just got approved a month before, hope your will be within 3 to 4 weeks max.

No reply from DIAC yet

Waiting for long and i dont know how long will it take?

anybody knows how to extend your stay after MRT, can i apply for RRT or any other way guys

I don't know what is your situation. What have you done after the refusal in 20120 and what have you been doing until today (studying, working etc...). Maybe with more information we can give you our point of views (even if talking with a migration agent or lawyer is better!)

my student visa was refuse bcoz of financial doc, was not supportable as per the case officer , on 10th ausgust 2010 i have lodged that case in MRT after that i was on bridging visa, and then stop my study and did some on-off work in restaurant than i found sponsor in last december and start part-time work at his restaurant and lodge my file in 28th june,2012.

If your hearing isn't until July next year I wouldn't panic too much. That is ages away.

so sorry it was an error the hearing is in 3rd january, 2013. after 28days i have to leave the country or need to find out how i can extend my stay.

to , blossom and tarrat guys i have hearing in MRT in 3rd January ,2013 regarding my pre-refused student visa in 2010 and i am the decisions will not be in my ferver i know that, so i have 28 days after the hearing until this period i must get my 119 rsms granted. does any of you know any other way to extend my stay, can i go for RRT or any suggetion. please reply.

They mean it is going to a migration tribunal for a visa that they have already been turned down for.

moreover, does it work if my employer(sponsor) call immigration about this case and request them for asses the file asap by giving them a reason that he need me to start work in December because he has urgent need of cook and as i am already working their part-time he want me to work as full-time because of the busy period.

If you ask to Immigration they will say January/February but apparently it will take less (Perth and Paramatta are working better than Melbourne)...by the way nobody can really tell you how long it is going to take. We can only guess!!!

hi, here is my story , my case is in MRT bcoz of my study visa was refuse in 2010. so i filed my case in MRT, but as per my qualification i have completed my diploma in hospitality, i found sponsor and i lodge my file on 28th june,2012. which was 119 bcoz of my MRT case, and after 2years it is open.

my agent told me it is DRC BUT i am still not sure even though i have submitted AtoZ document. any suggestion please

i am in big problem , i have lodged 119 visa on 28/06/2012 at parramatta center as cook, acknow,letter 3rd july,2012 and still waiting. i am on bridging visa and my case is in MRT. just yesterday i received email from my lawyer that my MRT case is open and the hearing is on 3rd, jan, 2013. anybody know, how to extend my stay here?. until my 119 visa granted from immigration, please give me the current proccessing time of parramatta center. thanks
