Myself and my family are moving to Australia the end of November. My partner has a job in Toowong, anyone got any advice on areas to live. We are looking for a quiet area suitable for young families, my daughter is 5 years old so schools close by are essential as well as families with children of a similar age for socialising.

Thanks, well my partner has a job in Toowong so we were looking for somewhere close by and not to far for him to travel, so still open to different areas.

Hi just joined pomsinoz although my partner has been on for a while. We are a family of 3 hoping to be in Australia by the end of November, my partner is a mental health nurse and already got a job. I am currently a hotel duty manager and we have a 5 year old daughter and hoping to be living just outside of Brisbane in The Gap. If anyone has any advice on Schools or other areas to live close to Toowong please get in touch, need all the information that is going. :cute:

I have been doing my research into schools in the Gap area but just wondered if anyone had any ideas on the best schools in the area. I have a 5 year old and we are hoping to be in Australia for the the end of November.
