Hi, im very eager to migrate to australia and my area of work is customer service. although i have worked in this field for 4 years i have not got the 'customer service manager' qualifiaction that is on the csol list so my question is, if i were to go get a qualification in say business management will this qualify?? any advice would be great xx

hey, has anyone got any knowlege on the 457 visa?? i have decided to go back to college to study. i am interested in pyschotherapy and counselling and my sole purpose in doing this is so i can hopefully be sponsored to come out to oz permanently. does anyone know if there are other profeesions that would be in more demand than this? any advise would be appreciated. thx

[h=2]so il give you a short version of my story. i have in my lifetime been blessed with the oppertunity to live in australia twice. on each occasion i was out on a working hol visa, i have just returned to ireland 3 weeks ago after having been in perth for the last 12 months. i unfortunatley was unable to be sponsored by the company that i was working for as i did not have the required qualifications for the admin job that i was doing for them even tho they had offered to sponsor me. i have had 5 years total working call centre and admin work. as i said i have already had 2 working hol visas so i am not entitled to another one. i have been absolutley miserable since ive left and i want to so badly that its all i ever think about. can anybody give me any advice, maybe an option that i havnt explored already? thx xx[/h]
