  1. does anybody no if you can do a pre medical check to see if you would pass the medical for your visa or can u only do the medical at the end of your application, it seems a lot of money to pay out if you mite get refused entry for failing a medical.

    hi guys me and my partner are looking at a 189 visa and are worried about the medical, when my partner was born she was diagnosed with vartars syndrome it affected her organs and she was ill up until she was about 12, she has not been ill due to the syndrome or take any medication, i was wondering if anybody no's if her syndrome would affect her medical due to when she was younger or if she would be ok now, any help please
  3. hi sorry it is vatars syndrome, like i say she has not had any affects of the syndrome since she was in her early teens, so hopefully she should be fine
  4. hi guys was just hoping for a bit of help. my partner was very ill when she was a child and was diagnosed with a syndrome(i cant remember the name of it), but she has not been ill or had any affects of the syndrome for the last 10 years or so. i was wondering if anybody else has had any medical conditions and struggled with the visas, or is it mainly for people who are seriously ill or have a serious disease. thanks for the help
  5. hi guys sorry for the lack of info i just wanted to see if any body would reply, rite so basically i am 27 and my partner is 24 i am a fully qualified refrigeration and air conditioning engineer level 3 city guilds iv got all other qualifications needed and have 10 years experience, my partner just in customer service so any visa i would be the main applicant, when i say i want to go soon, i mean want to start the process soon, i no it takes a while i just want to get started, i am open to any option tbh as long as it means we can stay over there, whether it be a sponsorship and we apply for citizenship that way. i am from the uk, if any body can recommend a agent that would be great i think that would be the best way, would the agent recommend the best visa for us. sorry for all the questions.

  8. im a refrigeration and air conditioning engineer, yer thats what i was trying to find out if there was anyway of getting it threw decent, i no u can get it if ur parents decend from aus but not to shoreabout grandparents
  9. thanks for the reply chris, i was just hoping realy, looks like its skilled visa or sponsored which i will have to try for then, luckily my trade is a good 1 so hopefully i will get a invite after i complete my eoi
  10. hi guys this mite b a realy silly question but if any body could help it would be much apreciated, well basicly i am from the uk, and my grandmother was born in australia but moved to the uk, she still has family over there, i was wodering if i would get a visa threw decent or is there a way of getting a visa because my grandma was australian, also she passed away now i dnt no if that would change anything. thanks for ur time and any help would be apreciated
