Hi, I've got a problem. I told that my gf has only italian citizenship, now i am providing her form 80. Her mother is from england, so I think she's also english citizen even if she has not an english passport yet. do I have to state it at question number 12?or just say it in question number 14? Will I get a visa refusal if I told the CO about these changes?

Nope because for EA was made by a sworn translator here in Italy, but for DIAC they told me via phone that they accept only NAATI...

I was convinced that having done the additional assessment I don't need to send further documents to diac, now it seems that I have to send the again everything and it will cost me again a lot in naati translations... Looks like I wasted 250 aud wit additional assessment.... Am I wrong?

Hi mates. Months ago I received a skills assessment by engineers Australia with positive outcome and with 5 years certified overseas work experience. When submitting all my documents to diac to apply for the 190 visa, which proof do I have to provide them to certify my work experience and claim the points for my 5 years of work? Will this paper that states it positively be enough or do I need to submit diac other documents? Thank you!

Ok thank you it seems ok for the moment, I just have to apply for 190 and then wait for them asking me for the documents. A question about the second instalment... If we are both Italian and my girlfriend has also an English passport although she was born here in Italy ( but she speaks a good English that I envy ) does she need to take the ielts exam or she just can sow her passport as a proof of functional english ?
