Hey guys. no reply yet. already hubby's application more than 12months. they are sleeping. I reckon we should all complain with global feedback unit.

Its tooo much descrimination, that females get theirs early, not that m against any one them.

does anyone know that AHC informs the applicant wn it the application goes to senior case officer. Its already been 12 months since my hubby applied. n whn i emailed my case officer about the progress of the application she was like i can't ask about the progress of the application as i am NOT AUTHORISED Hellooo i was the sponsor

Its been 12 months since my hubby applied for his visa. medicals are done also and i think all the other docs too. YEsterday he rang they told that case is still under security checks. i mean its already by 7.5 months since we sent in form 80. How do you know if the medical is cleared? they send u an email?

Also Arshad, i saw you on the time line spreadsheet. ur acknoweldgement date is very close to ours. how come they told you that it takes 12-18 months?

WHyyyyyy does male applicant take sooooooooo long. crazy AHC :arghh:

My husband also applied in feb 2012. It's like 11 months already n still in process. Is you husband done with medicals?

I called the AHC today and i was told to wait Upto 12-18 months to finalize my case. my case is in "security checks" these days and they don't have a time frame for WHEN they'll receive my checks -Wired .Neway nothing left but to wait and chill.

m new to this thread :biggrin:. been reading ur info and trying to get infomation. I also applied for my hubby who is in pak for spouse visa 309. acknowledgement on first week of feb 2012. CO assigned on 30th march and also requested for more documents e.g form 80, wedding pics, declarations from family, evidence of funds, police cert from both etc etc. Docs submitted early May 2012. No medicals requested yet.

Havent heard from AHC since. So far been 7+ months. Any ideas how long its going to take? or wn they'll ask for medicals? They dun reply to emails.:arghh:
