I tried to apply my final stage visa bc 100 online but couldnt go farward after page 4, can u guys plz reply me that did u apply online or by post, who got their PRs. many thanks

I used the info that was online, and sent in the docs via post.

Been Granted Subclass 100 visa (PR). Approx. time it took from date of eligibility = 6 weeks.:cute:

Hey guys. happy new year. Hope you all get visas soon.

we also complainted to gfu. infact we complained like 3 times (different times). It usually doesn't work. but in the last complaint it worked because for medical they made him do unneccessary chest x rays (different dates) and CT scan for no reason. and we complained to them that this is too much x ray/radiation exposure in short span. The medical was taking too much time. They listened and granted us the visa in less than a week. We dunno wat criteria they use..

I hope you all get visas soon. Have you heard they are planning to further increase visa pricesb by i think 15% from 1st september 2013 on all visas except student and tourist.

Hey Faisi10. Yes there is a difference between TR and PR. Although you have full working rights in TR but you don't get all the benefits such as medicare etc. Yes its a bit tough finding job on TR, may be because its end of financial year. keep tryin, and hope you will get it soon Insha Allah. which field you lookin on in applying? May be it depends on the field.

I would suggest to all male applicants who have exceeded 12 months and still in process, to please call the immigration office everyweek. keep on asking for the progress and do let them know that you will keep on calling until your case is finalised :wink:. I had to push them. For me, i had to undergo so many x rays etc for no reason. So i nagged them and told them how its not fair and too much radiation exposure is dangerous etc. I guess they realised and they issued me the visa.

But above anything else, lots of prayers do count. It's just the timings which have been decreed for you. Insha Allah you will all get visas very soon.

Finalllyyy Visa Granted :biggrin: Alhumdullliah. After 15 months. The mail came around 5-6pm PST. Security clearance was done in 9-10 months from the day of submission of Form80. Only thing that was delaying was my medicals. They kept on asking for further medicals for no reason. But Thanks Allah all clear :cute:. My PCC was expired like 1.5 months ago. so few days before went to submit the docs to get it made, just in case immigration office ask us. But they didn't ask :eek:. Have to make first initial entry within 2 months.

I pray that all of you get visas very quickly especially the male applicants who have been waiting so long. Just hang in there, it will be very sudden and even you will be surprised :jiggy:

just sent an email to Ms K. got an automated reply that she is out of office from May 13 to 5th Aug :chatterbox:. I guess we will be waiting for the visa grant for a while now. Just sit back and pray.... :cry:

Partner Visa is not a challenge in itself? can you please explain what is the challenge with it? I am very keen to know what is the issue with this visa? Before you reply to this, I want to share some information with you? not long ago, spouses from pakistan were being given visas in less than 3 months. yes believe it or not some people even got it in a month and less than a month. But we as a nation do not thank and respect anyone whatsoever. Now the same Australian Consulate is taking 6 to 9 months time to process the application. Do you know why? have you ever thought why? wanna know why? we taught them how to cheat and lie and not trust on humanity grounds. Now Australian Consulate has eventually given up and employed local pakistanis to find the scammers and people who lie. This now takes much longer than usual. They no longer trust the documents. Can you believe it aussie girl bay that despite the marriage certificate, we are to provide 6 statements from 6 different individuals who verify the marriage to be genuine? to me this is ridiculous. but if you sit with immigration, you will understand why. Forged documents, fake documents, DOB being different on different documents etc....all are serious offences....but to us as a nation....this is normal...so all of us now suffer....so please welcome the 6 to 9 months waiting time. Just putting some context here.

Hey I agree with you. yes there is a lot of cheating going on. But because of some ppl, all of the other ppl have to suffer. The whole waiting time is really very painful and hard. but we can't really do anything about it except just wait. But this forum is very helpful. People are free to comment watever they like and share experiences.

got requst for MRC after more than 12 months. wat were they doin all this time? pcc is expiring in april. any chances of getting visa this month? :mask: everything else is submitted already. :rolleyes: nearly 13 months now.

umm we got medical request after like 9 months and 3 weeks. Dun worry urs on its way. i guess it doesn't matter wn they recieve medical. they will take their time no matter wat. is there any chance we get visa before May 2013 coz i guess that's wn the pcc is expiring.

No, no updates here we emailed to case officer, but got no reply. i rang once n they said its ok only 12 months, it could take around 12- 15 months. and they are working on the file. They are really not sure of the time frame. We just have to pray and wait n wait n waitttttttt ... I hope we all get visas sooon. too much wait is causing too much emotional distress
