Well he said "amongst others" so there are other that were escalated to the Assistant Director, maybe I'll find them and see what they know. Hopefully it is because MOC won't finish my medical clearance for what reason I don't know since they went from the clinic Grade A but referred maybe due to the HR country or whatever... :ssign2:

Hello every one. I have sent my CO an e-mail asking him about the status of my visa application. Below you will find his answer. Can anyone tell me what does this mean? Why was my application escalated to the Assistant Director? Why didn't my CO made the decision by himself? Is there anyone who had a similar situation? In my e-visa portal all documents have been received and all that is let are my meds. My time line is as follows: 189 Invite - 01.10.2012 | Visa lodged - 03.10.2012| CO - 29.10.2012 | Meds referred - 01.11.2012 |Wife's meds finalized - 17.12.2012 | My meds - no.clue.2013
