The HOC is the health operations centre in Sydney

Hi everyone, I was wondering if any of you can help me. My OH has had her medical referred since 26/06/2012. I have contacted the HOC and they have said her assesment has been completed and results were sent to case officer on the 29/06/2012. When my agent has emailed the case officer for information he has not replied. Is this commen or could there be a problem? We are going crazy with worry. Regards
