OMG OMG just got a call from my MA .... Finally she said u have got a CO and if he needs any further documents he will advise...... Fingers crossed .. Iam 6 march 2012 119 visa paramatta

yes jacob my CO ask me to send form80 which is required for everyone to apply any visa but as i mentioned before i didn't use MA so i didn'i notice that coz this form was not in the checklist when i fill the form 47es, now i came to know that form80 is compulsary for the character assessment.on the otherhand I'v got the same request for form80 when i got my TR(485)GSM.thanks sam

What's ur timeline, mate? immi sent email abt ur company structure and things like that?

applied 23/02/12 non-drc pastry cook 119 rsms, in parramatta CO 26/sep/12.

they didn't send email about company structure. they simply write in the email that the business has been approved for nomineel(pastry cook).

can someone tell me how to know u got a co or not? let's say u got an email or a contact from immi so u see the name on this email is ur caseofficer or the caseofficer will send u the letter like "I m bla bla bla and your caseofficer"

hi jacob88 recently i got CO i received email with my client id,application id and file no.

my case officer write in the letter that she has begun the process on my request for 119 rsms visa and for decision she need additional documents and she write her name,fax no,phone no and her email address to cantact her or to send required documents. thanks sam

Depending on what information they may need to verify/check it can take anything from 1 day to 2 weeks. The guidelines state they SHOULD make a decision within a week but obviously this is case specific. You're on the last leg though. Not long now.

Finally some good news from samkaur .... Best of luck sam and hopefully u will get gudnews soon..... But try to confirm that u have got a caseofficer.

i am just wandering how can i confirm that i have a case officer on my file. becoze i didn't apply by MA. that's why everytime me and my employer call to immi to get information of my file.any other way to confirm about CO.i'll b appreciated. thanks sam

thanks kk sandhu .yes i rang on 131881 and follow the options for ens/rsms. even i asked the lady twice are u sure has my file got a case officer now? she said yes ur file has been allocated to the co that's what i can see on the system but she said she is not sure about the process time.

hi everyone i just ring to immi and the lady said that my application has been allocated to the CO now i have to wait for email if they need some additional document or co will make decision straight.i wish this would be the rite information which i get today becoz 2 weeks ago my employer was told by immi that there is no case officer on this file yet and i have to wait another 2-3 month (processing time which means 9-12).

are you on drc or non-drc?

not yet .haven't heard nothing since applied. but there is another chinese pastrycook in my workplace came after 6 months from me and applied 2 months later than me

(DRC 119, PARRAMATTA from agent) got his PR within a month after lodge the file. i m still waiting for CO so it just bad luck for me

so 9 months is not for us (ppl who applied b4 june)

 

yes u r right 9 months rule for after june applications but i mean to say i m in 8 months waiting period now and unfortunately according to immi they said to my employer that i have to wait another 1 month for CO so its 9 months.

On 28 of september 8 th month going to start. Its long time should have co next week.

yes you r right jazzi87 we should have co end of this month. my timeline same as yours today is 23rd sep, 8 months start for my file(non-drc parramatta). my employer called to immi last friday, they said that it can take up to 9 months now becoz i m from high risk. oh! god please help. 8 months such a long period for wait.

OMG - I've just checked my email and it's been GRANTED! I only sent my CO the paperwork last night! :shocked:

Okay folks to give you hope this was my full timeline:

CB approval: June 13

Nomination lodged: June 13 (acknowledged June 20)

Visa lodged: June 21 (acknowledged June 25)

CO contact: Sept 13 (request for medicals, form 80 and proof of continuing spouse relationship)

Medicals: Sept 17

Requested documents sent to CO: Sept 19

Visa granted: Sept 20

It probably helps that I have a PhD.

hi everyone. my question is for today that the contract i have signed with my employer for 2 years i am finishing one year this month out of that contract.

1.Do i have to work another 2 years to fullfill the requirement of rsms after approve the visa?

2. Has my employer need to sign new contract for 2 years after approve the visa as i have finished already one year from the contract i signed for rsms?

3. do i need to work just 1 year after approve my pre grant letter?

i have concerned to the agents that i am finishing one year soon out of my contract do i have to work another 2 years after grant letter so that will be 3 years or i need to get another contract from the employer. they told me that if you can proof to immi if u want to leave the employment once u finish 2 years from the date of lodgement (by providing them payslips,superannuation,timesheet which can show that you have been employee for 2 years)then u don't need to get new contract and the time u h've been worked since you applied will cover your contract.

so i want to know i am covering my 2 years period by finishing my one year out of my contract.

hi rid 1 thanx for concerned.here is my timeline, nomi+visa lodged 23 feb 12,occu- pastrycook(119 offshore rsms non-drc) at parramatta from NSW. i've sent medical, national police check,overseas police check,ielts,RCB APPROVAL CERTIFICATE along with my application. now just waiting for CO.ater 4 days i will be in 8 months waiting period.haven't heard anything since i applied.

My timeline is same as you and have the same situation. VISA APPLICATION & NOMINATION APPLIED AT PARAMATTA DIAC 7/MARCH/2012. have not heard anything yet fro DIAC.

hi friends i call to immi yesterday and talk to the staff about my file allocation because i got an email that rsms current processing time is 7 months now.as i am finishing my 2 months soon after 2 weeks.the lady staff asked my personal details to check the status of my file. she said that all of the files received until 26 march 2012 in parramatta have case officers now. but there is no case officer on yours file. she suggested me that they might missed up ur file or something wrong and asked me to write an email (nsw.pse.immi.gov) to know what is happening with my file. i m so frustrate. i was waiting too long and now they said to me that they have been missed my file and going further with march files. anyways i have written an email breifly but still no response.
