should i inofrm to immi? If does they could cancel my visa or not? some my friends said immi might be said to find new employer to me in same area but if doen't find what happen?

Please suggest me what shold i do or if u hace any similar case experience plz share with us/

Did you contact that office quite oftenly?? Like once a week or something?? sounds like if u send her a new request, she can put ur application to the bottom of the line~~

i contact her last week she didn't reply. then i call yesterday she answered.i send her my form 80 as she asked me(additional doc request from my CO).

now why she will put my file to the bottom line coz i contact her. that's what u mean.

hi everyone i ring today to my CO'S manager coz my CO on holidays until 23rd nov.i told her that i m waiting from 9 months and my file been opened on 25th oct 2012 i provided the requested docus and haven't heard anything since i got CO............... she said u have to wait until she will come back or i can give your case to another CO and she asked me to send the requested docus on her email for that. i m not sure what she gonna do now coz she was very rude on phone.oh god pls help

 

do you guys need to summit national identification card with form 80 for rsms visa?

hi jacob i m not sure but i did. they have changed form 80 now. when i send for my 485 visa that time it was not required but now in form 80 u have to attached the certify copies or original scan of national id's if u have any of them such as family card, voter card,national driving license.i also send copies of my voter card,license and family book for 119 rsms visa.

i called to my CO today she is got voice mail that she is away from the office from 19th oct till 23rd nov for holidays such a bad luck onemore month wait or may more than that.

hi everyone i m so frustrate now .after got CO nothing heard. finishing my timeframe on 23/10/12 step into 9 months also finishing 28 days timeframe given by CO to provide her my form 80 no news after. how long it can take more than 28 days. she said in email letter that if i m unable to provide her requested docus she will make decision on what she got their in my file but i send after one day(form 80). so she will make decision after 28 days or can take longer than that . kind regards sam.......

Just got a phone call from my friend ... He got his approval ... He lodged 119

non DRC 18 april parramatta....wow

yeah..,ur friend applied in april and he got his visa. we applied before him still waiting coz of lazy CO.

News for sam ... Friend of mine applied by himself in perth.. He rang his CO and he replied that he will give his decision by next week as he is having 1 DRC case to finalize before him.

 

Kk sandhu I had noticed one thing that they r granting two weeks DRC cases and next two weeks non DRC cases.Next week is non drc cases may be turn.May be next week your and Sam turn.

Sam did u lodge visa application and nomination separate coz nomination and visa approves together

i lodged both together.i ask from agent even he told me that if i applied nomi+visa together then it will approve same time not seperately. honestly i don't beleive my employer coz he didn't send me email which he receive from immi(nomi approval) i think i can confirm from immi that my nomi has been approved or not can u suggest me?pls thanks sandeep

hi kk sandhu did u ask ur CO COZ if ur file has been opened & ur file is DRC why they not giving u result straight as far as i know in DRC application they have to make decision on provided docu's coz they can't ask additional docu's on DRC APPLICATION.confirm with ur agent. about my file i haven't heard anything but i call to immi and they said my docu's has been received CO looking up my file if any further info will require she will contact me. i got phone no. of my CO in my email but i was afraid to call. now just waiting one week gone.

Can you phone to ur case officer straight? I got a co before my employer is nominated. And still need to send federal police thing? do u remember how lond did it take to get the police thing? and my case is at perth
