first time was from Nov 2011 till June 2012, re-applied in June and was finalized last week on Monday took this time 12 weeks.

Hi everyone Just a quick question for you guys, can you tell me if i got email from TRA that my application has been assessed and was finalised on 10/09/2012 and an outcome letter was posted to the Agent address nominated on your application, is that mean i can only find out if its successful or not whenever i get the letter? Our agent keep saying to take a deep breath and wait, but how long does take to look at 2 letters?? anyway anyone of yous know how long take to get TRA back if was sent for ex 5 weeks ago do they have delays? Nov 2011, well we got replay on 29th june that they need 2 more letters from my husband employer what hand tolls and power tolls he is using on site we sort it out that very quickly (same day) our agent sent those letters next day and by today nothing no word 6 weeks or 7 weeks even they looking at 2 letters, We are so frustrated :mad:
