I don't understand Why rules are different from one to another. in the guidelines says primary proof are wageslips or annual tax forms so why they requested both? Also such a long time for an answear via email,makes me wonder if i should join a yoga class before deal with them:wink:.

As far as i know with TRA you just have to claim 3 years of work ,when you submit EOI and you claim points for years of work then you send your proves. Am i correct?

at this stage after many contraddictory emails i think they are fake . My wife is still positive though...ahah Better go for PR Visa .

The LA is with OBI in Brisbane ,but still no jobs offered,im cracking on with applaying though.My opinion is that employers are looking for somebody with a PR and onshore also i've been reading and my brother in Brisbane confirmed that is slowing down even there. My plan is to wait and see the first year then if everything go smoothly buy a house. I am concern about Diac and the interview at the moment,don't know what they can ask,do you know? I have never been in Australia but i'm sure i will enjoy the country as i like beach life..

My first choice would be Queensland as my brother in law and family lives in Brisbane,also WA they said it's a nice place. Hopefully by the end of January we will touch OZ land!:wink: Do you have family?

Hi folks, i have colitis ulcer and on salazhopirina and aziothiprina daily basis.Do you think i should mention it to the doc as i have it since i was 13 y.o.?I applayied for a 457 visa and feeling really stress about it !(and it doesn't help to the illness!).What do they check?
