  1. Thanks PontePom. Kairika, a bottle of Champagne doesn't sound like an alltogether bad idea. Where are you off to in QLD?
  2. I woke up to an email this from our migration agent saying our visa has been granted. It was only lodged last Thursday, so it came as a bit of a suprise, but obviously a good one. We just need someone to buy our house now!
  3. Hi all I have now completed my flying visit, and it was extremely brief. While I was there I managed to have a wander around the city, and also went out towards Sandgate and Redcliffe to have a look at areas closer to the coast. 8. Hi everyone, first post. After months of trying to get a job n Australia I've got a bit closer. I'm being flown out to Brisbane next week for an interview, but due to the amount of leave I have left I can only stay out there for a few days, and I was wondering about people's thoughts about the best use of time. A bit of background I have a wife and a 6 year old daughter and a 3 year old son. Any thoughts welcome Ceeball
