Hey Mineas,We moved here for better climate,to lower the mortgage & for my husband to begin a new career.It wasnt an easy decision,we hadnt even spent any time in Noosa but my husband had a friend here.We came to check it out for a few nights;fell in love,bought a house $100k cheaper than our home in VIC!People ive et so far are pretty much in the same boat,theyve moved here for better quality of life.Its a cool place,a little on the warm side in the middle of sumemr but if thats the only con then flip not doing too bad. The biggest risk in life is not taking a risk! We saw a therapist together before hand to ensure we were making a decent desicion. I do miss VIC,but not the 8 months of winter.... good luck in your journey xx
