Application still under assessment and i have submitted a notification in changes of circumstances form, asking now for a 6 months visa instead of 3. Would visa appliants now need medicals? Its nearly 2 months and the application probably does not even have a CO? Anyone on my shoes.....?

I thought i mentioned above..... i wanted to get them here for 3 months....so how would that be a long stay...(sorry if i am missing something)

What is the current timeline for parents visa (sponsored) 600? I have been living in Oz for about 8 years now. I just wanted to bring my parents for 3 months holiday/family visit. I have a child who is turning 4 on May this year. Dad is over 70 and mom is 60+. Me, my wife and my child are all Australian citizens and financially we are well to do. So, sponsorship should be no problem (at least that's what i think.. lol).... Originally, am from south-east asia... Nepalese to be precise. Anyone from that region would want to share their experience....it's close to 1 month already from the date of application and i have no idea what's going on with DIBP..? Could anyone shed some light please..
