Hi I am a carpenter from uk just moved to oz I have been told I need get some qualification changed from uk to oz but I not sure how or where I can do this can anybody help cheers

So can you apply for citizenship straight away I thought I would have to live in oz for a few years before I could apply for citizenship

I havent move to oz yet and Evan if I went tomorrow by the time my visa is up it would have only been 1 year so could I apply resident return visa a year after mine running out ?

How long to you have to live in oz before you can apply for residence ??????

I have a 176 visa but it states that must not arrive after 2014 but if I was to go on Holliday to fiji after this date would I be aloud back into the country ason the visa it states to remain in Australia indefinitely is there a way round this ???

I have a sub class 176 resident visa which was granted in 2009 and I am looking to come over to oz in may but my mom seems to think that I need recent police checks and recent medical but the last thing I want to do is to get there and be told I haven't got all the right paper work does anyone no if this is true thanks
