Hi Ken, just wanted to thank you for that information! I've been on the phone to my accountant today and been told almost word-for-word the same thing. Although I don't have the same nice gain as the OP, I am in similar situation (by luck/chance). I lived in my property for 15 months, and have owned it for less than 6 years. No CGT either end
