Hi guys, we moved to melbourne about 8 weeks ago and spent the first 6 weeks in southbank and have been in a rental in Alamanda for a few weeks. We only contacted the school when we got here as its still being built and we wanted to look at the area first. We emailed the new Head teacher and got asked to a meeting in the local senior schools few days later! They were very helpful and told us everything we needed to know. We've also got a meeting this week in the local library so the kids can meet classmates and teachers before they start.

Hi, we just moved to Alamanda a few weeks ago and have enrolled our two youngest in the new school which opens the end of January. We went to point cook senior to meet the head and enroll,my kids are 6 and 11 hope this helps

Hi Sally, we've just moved from just outside Glasgow to Melbourne and lived in a small town called Erskine. It's only 5 mins to Glasgow Airport, 10 mins to Hillington and 20 mins max to the city centre. Have a look here and if you have any questions I'll be happy to help

Hi guys, trying to find out the best and worst area's of Point cook for Internet connection. Also noticed on my trip round Point cook that the pub/bars count was nil,what do you point cook guys do for a few beers or night out?

All sounds great so we had a drive round today and looks perfect !! We have 3 kids, aged 6,11 and 15 years old and Berwick looks like a nice area for them. Another question, how long does it take to drive to the coast and a nice beach?
