Bachelors degree (BSc)
So what do you think what other applicants are having better than your qualification?
I am also planing to apply for Vic SS. But with MCITP and CCNA certification (no Degree)

Dear Patel,
what is your highest qualification assessed by ACS?

Thanks,
I finally wrote to ACS. they replied saying that ACS do not re-validate any assessment anymore, instead we have to submit a new application. New applications are processed according to the new criteria effective from 15th Jan.
I have not applied for visa yet. (stuck with IELTS 7)
My problem is, it is not guaranteed that i would get a positive assessment according to the new criteria. They will most probably advise to go through
RPL path (Recognition of Prior Learning)

Hello, My ACS skill assessment expires on June 2014. According to the latest ACS changes. It seems it is not possible to do a revalidation with old criteria. Can someone clarify this?
THanks,
Sam

Do list your scores for those 5 tries. I'm darn curious about those sixers and 6.5ers.
1st attempt,
L 7.5 , R 6 , W 6.5 , S 5.5
2nd attempt,
L 7 , R 7, W 6.5 , S 6
3rd attempt,
L 8 , R 6.5 , W 7 , S 6
4th attempt,
L 8.5 , R 7 , W 6 , S 7 (went for re-marks, no change)
5th attempt,
L 6.5 , R 7 , W 7 , S 6.5
Good they only give 6.5s not 6.9s

Hi all,
With General Election is scheduled to be held on 7th September, Are we to expect any major changes to the immigration law with a new Government? Hope some one from Aus with political background can answer this.
Regards,
Sam.

This looks like a common reason for all VIC rejections. I think they are very selective.
