Hi guys. im 14 months into a 4 year sponsored 457 visa. I'm looking to get a loan for a car, for under 20k, but don't know where to go. I have been to a couple of dealer ships but they won't do finance without a 20 percent deposit.. That's money I don't have ! Can anyone recommend a bank to try and apply to a loan at. Thanks

Hi all... I'm hoping to move out to melbourne in june.. I have secured a job in the campbellfield area, and will be hoping to ship the rest of the family out in december/jan time... the kids are 5 and 3, so i'm looking for an area with decent schools, parks etc... i'm looking at a budget of around 350-450 dollars a week in rent... i have been endlessly searching on the real estate websites at decent suburbs, and i'm currently settling on the melton area.. however, quite a few reviews state that the area is rough, as most of the northern suburbs are.. can anyone help me out and give me some advice of the best places to go... i'm hoping for 3/4 bed, a garage, and a pool would be nice!! any info you can give me would be first class, even the name of a decent estate agent. kind regards andy
