  1. Hi all, I have submitted my 190 visa application on 3 APR 2013. But I have made biggest mistake during submission that I have declared my parents as a non-migrating dependents but in real case they are not dependent on me. Now I want to rectify that mistake. Is there any form I have to fill up to correct the answer? Will department refuse my application straight away or they will give me chance to rectify this mistake? Regards, 176visa
  2. NO They are not fully dependent on me.
  3. HI ALL, today i have submitted 190 visa application and i think have made big mistake during submission of an application. I have declare my parents as a non-migrating dependent family member in my application. my wife and child as a migrating dependent. so do i have to perform medical and police clearance for both migrating as well as non-migrating family members? yet my parents haven't applied for passport as well. I have just provide the correct detail to the department but now online skillselect system shows that they need documents and medical from parents as well. Did anyone face such situation? I don't have any intention to add my parents in my visa application please suggest..what to do now? regards, 176visa

  5. Hi all, One of my friend holding 176 visa from 1.7 year and he is living in Perth since last 1 year. He has registered with Western Australia state migration department when he arrived in perth. But, Yet he has not received any 6 months survey from Western Australia state migration department. Is it common to everyone who is holding 176 visa with WA State Sponsorship? Will they inquire at his residence in reference to proof of address which he has submitted during registration?
