If I apply the visa today and got 3-month visa approved, would the visa be validated upto 3 months after today or any 3 months within a year? Thanks

Hi all, I would like to ask how to apply Resident Return Visa (RRV) if I have been staying in Australia just about 1 year. I knew that there is 3-month RRV if anyone, who stay less than 2 years in Australia, can provide an acceptable reason for the application. My reason is to go attending my wedding in my home country, would it be enough to apply the 3-month RRV? Once the Visa is granted, should the visa be any 3 months within a year or be restricted in a particular period of time? Thanks very much for your help, David

Hi all, My brother got IELTS completed on Dec, 2011, and his 457 visa was granted on Jan, 2012. He is going to apply PR on Jan, 2014. Should his IELTS be re-taken for PR application? When applying PR visa from 457, what documents are needed to prepare? Thanks for your help

Hi All, The PR visa was expired on Aug, last year, and I started to stay in Australia since last July. I knew it is required to have 2 years stayed in Australia, in order to obtain Resident Return Visa (RRV). I would like to ask: (1) Can I apply a visa for my wife who did not grant PR visa when my PR visa was granted? (2) It is required to stay 4 years, to get the Australia citizen. If I can get the RRV (for example) on Aug, this year, how long do I need to stay further in Australia? extra 3 years or another 4 years? Thanks for your help
