I used GOMATILDA for applying my 190 visa Application from Australia. I spoke to many migration agents. But the quatation was very expensive and through this forum I came to know the reputation of gomatilda. Finally I wrote an email to Alan collet and he replied back immediately.
Alex in London office helped me each and every stage of my visa Application. Even though at one stage I agreed to pay the payment of 1800 dollars but they took only 1200 dollars with certain reasons. But in this world you will not see a company like this. Finally in 50 days my visa is granted. I am so happy with GOMATILDA. A BRILLIANT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VALUE FOR MONEY...

As per my migration agent the immi got a lot of 457 visa application by the end of June. ( expected to be a price hike but it didn't happen)
Now due to school holidays majority of them are on holidays. So it may take some delay in process and allocation of case officer

Let's discuss with the price of the migration Agents. Some of them are charging $5000. There should be a fixed price on the basis of type of Visa. Like immi visa fees.
They don't do that. If the price is a genuine one then we can use them. But some of them are there to generate money.

We recently applied for ANMAC accreditation and they have now advised that ANMAC require confirmation from the NMC that I was not required to complete an adaptation program to work in the UK. Has anyone come across this and what does this look like. Do we need to apply for this separately from the NMC?
This is not related with NMC. If you have completed the adaptation from UK then go there and collect the transcript and then forward.

Hey there, could I be a nuisance and ask for the link to the paragraph on the immi site that talks about the UK nursing diploma being equivalent to an Oz Bachelor degree. I hadn't realised that this might be the case and this could mean my son simply needed to sit the IELTS and not go through the 457 process that he currently is. Pity our migration agent did not point this out a couple of months ago
The actual problem is not the Diploma. It is the transcript and the number of hours of study in the pharmacology etc. Diploma holders can still register and AHPRA will recommend to do the bridging course. It cost 10000 and it is available in Australia only.Soon in UK the education providers can start a Bridging course company to make money. It is all about money and time.

I would like to know how to enter the Diploma (nurse) as a degree in the EOI section of the immigration.

Instead of diploma can I enter degree in the EOI FORM.

I was in Australia with a 457 Visa. After one year GO MATILDA office from UK helped me to get 190 permanent visa within in 56 days.
A fantastic customer service and value for money.
