Hi Lebourvellec, The only reason is for the 10 points, we currently have 50 without the IELTS so with SS 55 & Reg S would bring it up to 60. My OH sat his IELTS last Sat but he's not to hopeful and I'm just now considering other options if he dosnt pass. Do you know when your granted SS if that covers both visa's 190 & 489 or if you have to state on your app you want Reg Sponsorship? Cant remember as we applied in Dec & granted June. Cheers Leeann

Hi all, I need some advise on the 489 visa if anyone can help. My issue is that it states on the living in Vic website under eligibility requirements you must have an offer of employment!! although I can not find this on the DIAC website, is this correct? the only reason I am considering this visa is to gain the 10 points for the visa app. We already have SS and are running out of time. Any info would be much appreciated. Leeann
