*NB I havent seen reference to this yet, so wanted to ask the question - I havent owned the car for 12 months yet, bought it in August 2011, so if I'm moving to Oz (Sydney) in April 2012, can I leave the car behind, apply for the import approval and ship it when it's reached the 12 months ownership criteria?
