We got our visa granted this morning :chatterbox: found out at 2.30am and couldn't get back to sleep... OH asked me if he was in a dream when I woke him up to tell him :laugh: This is just the best feeling in the world right now....

Congratulations to everyone who has had their visa's granted over the past few weeks its great to see the spreadsheet turning red :-) We are still waiting which is really starting to be a killer. Our medical's were done on the 23rd of July and all finalized on the 27th July which will be 4 WEEKS this Friday!!! and heard nothing back... We emailed our agent last week.. and again on monday and nothing back from him:mad:, so we emailed the CO ourself yesterday so fingers crossed we will get the golden ticket any time soon :biggrin:

hi, just checked my outcome letter and it is signed, however this was forwarded to me by my agent who recieved the original signed copy from australia. did you use an agent........if not you should have recieved an original outcome letter in the post i believe....some one correct me if i am wrong.......

Hi, i keep looking on seek.com and there are plenty of jobs with fantastic looking salarys too! i have only applied for one job which is in my specialism (chemicals manufacturing). i am currently onto the second stage of the interview proccess which is aptitude testing.......oh no more stress....then another skype interview so prospects look good. Once visa is granted(fingers crossed) i will start applying for more jobs as i doubt most companys will be interested until you are legal to work in oz. Best of luck with your application.

Just checked online status........we now have a case officer, application proccesing further !!!!!! medicals and pcc requseted. i will update the speadsheet now. Yes!!!! all getting rather excited now good luck to everyone still waiting.
