Can you please suggest me if someone (Holding 475 regional sponsored visa) gets a Job offer at Sydney is there any way he can join? or as soon as he joins its illegal or all he has to ensure that he work and stay at two years region within his three years visa? Do u have any idea how long it might take for VISA processing. I already have 475 visa and now rethinking for application at 190 as it is permanent visa. What do u suggest guys? Hello everybody! I am in the process of 475 visa. I was not aware that during 475 visa processing spouse cant be added. Now i got to know that i have to add her after my visa is granted. Can anybody tell me do i need to enter at Australia before submitting application of adding her or i can apply for her (can add her) just after my visa is granted staying at the country where i am staying? I am intending to go Australia with my wife. Expert comment will be highly appreciable... I am really confused...

I have applied to DIAC for 475 visa with giving information that i am engaged. My marriage date has been fixed. Hopefully i will be able to add my spouse before CO is assigned. During taking sponsorship from state i mentioned partners name. Will it be a problem to add my spouse with the application as some one confused me by saying that adding spouse during processing is impossible referring form GSM pre selection 09.pdf booklet. Reviewing change of circumstances form i thought its not a problem to add spouse if i get married during processing. If its not possible then what can i do? Please help me for way forward......

If they close it then will they notify before that or in a fine morning they will declare that from today no application will be acceptable.

Please tell me is there any possibility that DIAC will announce any day that they will not take visa application before July 2012 with new rule or do applying at June will be very very tough as there will be many applications at that time. Dears, Is it necessary to provide same employee reference letter at Engineers Australia & DIAC? I have lost one reference letter i submitted at Engineers Australia. Now from whom i took the reference letter is no more at that company. Is it a problem if i take reference letter again from new responsible person (who is higher in position than the person i took reference letter earlier) of that company. What can i do now?
