That is amazing - thank you so much for the information and links - that makes me feel less worried. I just hope to hear from Qantas with confirmation that they will allow her to fly as not keen on turning up at the airport and then been told 'no'. Thank you!

Can anyone please advise if they have managed to get in contact with Qantas regarding their requirement for all travellers to be 'fully vaccinated'? We are returning to Australia to reside at the beginning of December and my daughter who is 16 has only had one vaccination which is the policy in the UK whereas in Australia 16 year olds receive two vaccinations. I have been on hold to Qantas for hours and am not sure who else to contact regarding this issue. Does anyone else have a similar issue or know whether we will still be able to fly? I know we will have to go into quarantine once we arrive as she will not be fully vaccinated but am concerned with Qantas saying all travellers must be fully vaccinated. Any advice greatly appreciated.

Hi everyone We are currently residing in Queensland and are due, as a family, to relocate to Canberra in January. However I am due to start my new job on the 24th November and am requiring somewhere to stay for four weeks from the 23rd November to the 19th December and then again may be for two weeks from the 4th January. Do not want to go into a hotel as still paying rent in Queensland so want to keep costs down. Would anyone have a spare room they could let me stay in for these dates? I am more than happy to pay a weekly rental at a price to be agreed. I am a 46 year old male and a non-smoker. I will be working full time and looking at areas to move to in January. If anyone can help or suggest any alternatives please let me know as so far my search is not being very successful. :arghh: Many thanks Simon
