<p><p>I am looking to emigrate and I have a question about cost for visa's on the 175. It states that there are 2 installments. The first being 2500 and the second being 4000, BUT states that for dependants 18yrs or over who do not have full english language abilities. As I am like many UK residents wanting to migrate I have a partner and 2 children looking for a better life. </p></p>

<p><p>Do we as UK Citizens have to pay the second installment as it is our language.... ???</p></p>
