  1. Hi We have been told that my husband profession is on the skills list (glazier) he has no qualifications but 24 years experience. We were working with agent but unfortunately the skill assessor he deals with do not do the flat glass tradesman's test as there is so little response :-( where would I look to find another skills assessor? Many thanks Sally
  2. Hi My husband has been a glazier for 24 years, I have been told it is on the skills list. With no qualifications I am assuming he will have to get a job then the visa that's for 4 years. How easy are jobs to come by? What would this visa entitle us too as in regard to schooling (costs) Heath care? thanks in advance. sally
  3. Hi yes they did mention it and we're up front spoke about options and this is really our only way in. He is 41 and I am 36, I could maybe retrain.
  4. Hi we spoke to someone at global visa, we went through our work situation, qualifications and they came up with the visa that is for 4 years and you have to be employed/sponsored he profession is a glazier which he holds 22 years, but no qualifications I thought he said a 457 visa but could be wrong! so new to this any help appreciated - suggestion of a good agent. Many thanks Sally
  5. Hi We are currently looking in to getting our visa, we spoke to an agent and are able to get in on the 457 visa with my husband taking an english test. He is a bit worried, has anyone taken this and if so roughly what would he have to do? Many thanks Sally
