  1. For anyone that has used chess removals to transport goods from Australia back to the UK- did the cost of the original quote from them change much once they had collected your goods? I have been given a price but they have said it can only be confirmed once our stuff has been collected and the volume checked. I don't want to end up with a really expensive quote once they already have our stuff!

  2. Hi! We are in the process of moving back to the UK in about 6 weeks. We have had a few quotes for shipping and the cheapest seems to be Chess Removals. I researched them on here and a lot of people have had a good experience with them. Make sure you shop around for shipping costs as our quotes have varied hugely!! Just about to start looking into insurance, iv heard its a lot cheaper to go with an independent insurer than with the removal companies. Hope that helps!

  3. Thats brilliant! well done u! I got a very quick reply from adelaide office, unfortunately part of applicaiton was wrong. So have sent it again today and have got my fingers crossed! could i ask you-for the identity requirements did u just send a copy of your passport and a marrigae certificate (if ur married)?

  4. Hi Kayleigh,

    1) Yes this is name, dob, address, contact number and email address

2)This is all your qualifications so include your GCSE's, AS's, diploma and degree. Don't forget to include certified copies of your certificates for these.

    3) The transcript is omething you arrange to be sent directly from your university to APHRA. I have the transcript for my degree and diploma which sounds like what you ahve but i am still going to get it sent directly from my uni because of how specific aphra are about things!

    4) Yes this is your cannulation, moving and handling etc. Include certified copies of certificates for anything you list.

    5) This probably won't apply to you if you did your training in England. Some countries make nurses have a period of internship or observiship after they qualify and as far as I know this is who this section is directed at.

    Hope this help xx
