We have our mail on 12 months postal divert by royal mail to http://www.scanmypost.co.uk. They then scan everything as a PDF and email you to say you have mail. I download and save the PDFs or get the odd document that needs keeping forwarded to my parents in uk. Works out very fast and pretty economical. They are regulated like a financial organisation wrt confidentiality as they are dealing with personal data.

Working perfectly so far
