Hi I'm looking for some advice.... We are lookin to apply for 190 ss visa with Victoria. I am really confused on what we need to do! My partner is a plumber so he will probs be the main applicant and ill be classed as his dependent. What's the steps I need to take? Also how much money do I need to have to enter oz? Also is this to be cash or can assests e.g my house be used against it... also it states the visa is free but charges to lodge are required what are these chargers.... sorry for all the questions but in exhausted from trolling through all the websites I just wanna speak to real people

I'm glad I did this thread now as I seem to not be alone! Rolo is fit and healthy so I'm sure he'll be fine and I agree it's a piece of home when you get homesick! I don't keep we'll myself I suffer badly from anxiety and he gets me through the day so I don't think I can go without him!

Yeah we've noticed that too, we're goin to Melbourne and staying with family for a bit and once we're settled and got jobs we'll send for dog.... Just worried about him. I think it would be a great life for dogs tho

Hi I am looking for advice from anyone who has moved from the uk to oz and taken their dog. How was ur dog throughout the process and how are they now their settled.? Myself and my boyfriend are planning to immigrate to oz been thinking of it for couple of years now and finally doing things about it. We have a 4yr old choc lab who is my life and I can't imagine being without him. I'm just worried its a lot to put him through? ​also couple of weeks ago we lost our older dog has anyone taken their dogs ashes?

Hi im lotte and new to this forum...... i live in scotland and aim to be in oz next summer. my boyfriend and i have been back and forward over visas and now im completly confused. our house is currently on the market with a note of interest so hopefully sells soon. i am 24 and a nursery nurse here where i work just under the manager so i am in a high responsibility role. First question is does anyone know what my qualifications would transfer into in oz or what kind of jobs i could apply for. steven is 24 and a qualified plumbing and heating engineer, we're aware that he will have to sit some tests once we arrive in oz to say he can work on an oz site. we have swithered over a state sponsorship visa with perth, or a skilled visa for steven, or work sponsorship with steven again. if we did the skilled visa would i be able to go with him on that or would i need my own one or would we need to be married? work sponsorship......how do we go about gaining this?? we arent really bothered where in oz we go we just want to be in australia... so sorry for the million questions but i spend hours on this forum and other websites and now just need some advice .......:biggrin:
