Thanks for a quick response. 1. If a flat and an area is nice we can stay longer 6-12 months otherwise only a couple weeks. 2. It has to be furnished. 3. I will be working in CBD so it has to be there or 10-30 mins from CBD for now. 4. We are interested in both 1 and 2 beds. My wife would like to use one bedroom to do massages and beauty treatments. 5. We are not looking for the cheapest one.

Hi, I am not sure if this is the right category to ask this question but let's try. My wife is a masseuse and beautician. She is thinking to start her own business, however, at the beginning she would like to offer her service in house or visit clients. We are not quite sure how it looks like in Australia to use a flat (probably a spare room) to do this kind of things. Are there any regulations, rules or anything like that? I'm not even sure how to search things like that. Can anyone help? Thanks, David
