Guys, Embassy helpline said that we should send details of my (husband's) new job and address, but the lady on phone herself wasnt sure which form should we use. Does any one know about this? There is one form 1022, which I used during my PR visa too. It there any other form for spouse visa? Thanks, waiting for replies. By the way, she gave us standard visa processing time of 12 months, which if true is bit dishearting.

got the ack, but with BIG problem. CO has allocated the application to incorrect sub class. i clearly mention in the question # 2 of form 47 that the application is a PARTNER visa. But still the ack i got mentions that application for prespective visa has been allocated to a CO.

Form 54 Family composition is in chinees ? Where do I find english version. Did every one provided this with his/her application? It is not mentioned in the original guide provided by immi for spouse visa?

Is it necessary that the PR who is signing statutory declaration for spouse visa know both the sponsor and the applicant ? What if he/she only knows the sponsor and havent yet met the applicant ?

Hello guys, is there any particular format in which I have to write the personal statement? I have found one document which you can find here: http://www.mediafire.com/view/?c23qx2b88tubijm Originally I thought that I only have to write a statement on a simple paper and then sign it on my self. No need for the particular format like the attached.

Completed and printed all the forms. While reviewing Form 47, following 2 questions came to my mind. What do they mean by location, as you can see I have mentioned city. But do I need to mention any place like my home where we met. They are saying to include all the family units in the Q80. Now what do they mean? Do they literally mean all the family member (even those who are not migrating) or only those members which are actually migrating with the applicant (which in my case are none)

My wife is a doctor, she studied in Pakistan. Will a letter from her university that her course was in English be sufficient for english language requirement?

another question. filling form 80 for spouse visa i found this question # 35. Actually I will be applying for both temp/perm visa at the same time as you all know. So what should be answer to this question?

Guys, I was filling the FORM 47 and at the end I found this. Now if you will see the left side, it says to go to Question # 93. But actually Question # 93 is where you can provide additional information. And it is actually Question # 92 where you can specify additional payment details. So has DIAC made a mistake here ?
