Hi Guys
I got a call from my Case officer on the 20th Dec requesting me to complete my medicals, she said that she would follow up with an email outlining anything else that i needed to do, this hasn't happened no email and no contact details.
I have completed my medicals know and dont have any way of getting in touch with my CO, pretty disapointed that this never happened pretty bad customer service. Is there any way i can find out who my CO is, or do i have to call the general phone line and get the stock standard response?
Has anyone else had the same issues?
Thanks

Update for my ENS Timeline
Employer Nomination application lodged: 17th September 2013
Lodged my part + all docs apart from medicals: 1st November 2013
Employer Nomination approved on: 20th Dec 2013
Medicals Booked 3rd January 2013
Had a call from the case officer telling me to book the medicals ASAP and to upload the Birth Cert for my 6 month old baby, apart from that nothing else is required, pretty reasonable timelines to be honest and fairly straight forward. Did all this myself as the process isnt rocket science and i didnt really have the money to pay an Immi agent. Hopefully this process will be closed out in the next 4/5 weeks. Been a long slog after 5 years in Oz on a 417, and two 457's with a redundancy and career change halfway through.
All up this process will have cost me best part of 9k Australian for Adults x2 and one child, but seeing it as an investment in the future and glad to have it all over and done with. Will be also be able to claim the baby bonus that ranges between 3k -5k which will re-coup some of the expenditure.
Will keep you all posted on when the decision is made and happy to answer any Q's.
Cheers and happy NYE
Cheers

thanks, I am presuming that the form 80 has to be done then as part of the ENS Application, the online application doesn't make it that clear, is there anything else that you would recommend getting on the front foot with?

Hi guys i have been in oz for 4 plus years, 3 of that have been on a 457 so I am presuming that after a year after my PR grant i can get my citizenship. Does the apply to my defacto partner who has been on my subclass for the last 2.5 years and also what is the deal with my 4 month old son who was born here. My parter and son are all part of my current ENS application . Any advice would be really helpfull. thanks in advance

Hi Guys, just filling in the online app for my ENS application, as my employer lodged my nomination and it has been approved. Very quick question i am not sure what my usual country of residence is as i have been in oz for 4 years on a 457 and prior to that i lived in Scotland (UK), so would that make my usual country of residence Scotland?. any chance someone can clarify this for me please.
cheers

Nice one Pozz i am submitting my part on the 31st of Oct (Bonus Pay Day) , so will be great to hear how you get on. I am not using an agent either for my part work paid an agent to lodge the nomination thenI am on my own. Was it pretty straight forward to complete the online forms, as i am thinking of sitting down on the 31st for a few hours with my partner and getting stuck in?
A couple of boys hade their ENS visa's approved within 8 weeks and one of the other chaps that used and agent got his approved in 4 days!!!!
best of luck
